August meeting: Were there underlying causes for the UK riots or were they down to wanton criminality?

This month's riots are the topic up for debate at August's Sefton Democracy Club meeting.

Are there underlying causes for the outbreak of the riots on our streets or were they simply down to wanton criminality?

Whatever your opinion, come along and have your say.

Sefton Democracy Club is an apolitical group which has been established to give the people of Sefton the chance to freely debate some of the big issues of the day.

The meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 30 starting at 7pm at Maghull Town Hall.

Meetings are free to attend and open to all.
