The NHS: Britain's jewel in the crown or a 60 year mistake?

Sefton Democracy Club will be meeting on Wednesday (January 12) when the topic of discussion will be the NHS.

The first debate of 2011 will focus on the NHS and will discuss the question: Is the NHS Britain's jewel in the crown or a 60 year mistake?

Health service professionals will attend the meeting giving their first-hand experience of working within the NHS.

Between 40 and 50 people attend the club's regular meetings with issues ranging from Privatisation v Nationalisation to Education.
